Rochester Wed Singles League: Week #5 / Marella

Basil Marella (Greece) is another new course; it is very wooded, with some water hazards.
I had a lot of crappy drives; fortunately I played with 3 experienced players (pro status), and they were very patient and encouraging, I also had a few nice drives with my blue Innova Star Valkyrie

End score : 77

Rochester : Wed Singles League: Week #4 Parma

Parma is new to me; very beautiful, various terrains (woods, fields, some water)
Some near misses with almost losing discs, as my forearm throw was not in control
Score :86

Rochester : Wed Singles League: Week #3 Chili

Second time at Widener Park at Chili course, not as windy.
The course has a creek running through a few holes, but it is mostly similar to the design at Ellison, but longer. Still ended with score of 85

Widener Park @ Chili is similar to Ellison but with more chances at Out of Bounds penalties
First time at course, Basket #7 is 935 feet long !!!. Scored a 7.
Overall score 85, with 2 OBs.

It's going to be a long season.

Rochester Wed Singles League: Week #1 Ellison

First time in league, surrounded by really great players.
4-person team starts scattered in middle of course, CTP means closest to pin,
and the little disc I got in the mail from PDGA is not a disc, but rather a position marker. (oh!)
After you throw your disc, you use this mini-market to mark your position, rather than leaving the full-size disc on the ground.

Highlight: Scored a birdie on basket #5

Score 75 (highest of peers)
